David of J.D’s Bar-B-Que in Canton, Georgia purchased this cooker. Andy works for David, and drove up to meet us about halfway in Gaffney, South Carolina on this date. David actually has 2 restaurants in his area and does a good deal of catering work. He also cooks some mighty awesome pork ribs.

Andy made my day when he handed me a cooler with TWO racks of J.D.’s Bar-B-Que ribs on the inside. It was hard to wait until we got home to try them, but we did. And, I must say they were AWESOME.
