Congratulations to Doug Morgan, Mark Neal, and Nathan Mitchell of American Legion Post 292 in Goldston, North Carolina for their First Place WIN in the 1st Annual Whole Hog & Shoulder Cook Off held October 20, 2018 at American Legion Post 116 in Fuquay Varina, North Carolina.
And, they did it on one of our RENTAL cookers. How cool is that?
100% of the profits from the cook off will go to Hurricane Florence relief efforts.
The cook off was sanctioned by the NC Pork Council and the guys will now have the opportunity to participate in the State Competition Cook Off event.
Not only do we appreciate these guys service to our country, but we also appreciate their efforts to participate in this competition to help our neighbors that lost all they had during the rains, winds, and flooding caused by Hurricane Florence.
